Annette Boender epitomizes integrity, service and excellence in all she does, those are the core values of the United States Air Force where Annette has excelled for the last 20 years, she'll now use those same traits in every detail of your real estate transaction. The majority of Annette's 25-year career was spent as an Air Force program manger where she was responsible for understanding her customer (the warfighter), listening to their needs, and then negotiating with the defense industry to successfully, and in a timely manner, bring those needs to reality. The common thread between the Air Force and real estate is Annette's ability to leverage her focused listening skills, organizational skills and ability to bring teams with opposing motivations together under pressure and in challenging environments.

Wanting to continue working with high performing professionals, but without the need of being away from her family for extended periods of time, Annette jumped at the opportunity to join RE/MAX Watermarke and partner with one of RE/MAX Watermarke's most successful agents, Maggie Haynes.

Annette is a graduate of Flagler College, in Saint Augustine, with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and has her Master of Business Administration from Webster University. The mother of three amazing children and married for 20 years, Annette and her husband, Ted, also recently retired from the Air Force, moved back to Jacksonville to begin the next chapter of their lives close to family and friends.
