"David walked us through every step of the home buying process, was quick to respond and super flexible with meeting times, which was so awesome with our schedules. David found two houses for us that weren't even listed, one of which we ended up buying. We were going through the VA mortgage process during the federal government shutdown and went above and beyond talking to our lender when I wasn't getting straight answers from anybody. He stocked our fridge with our favorite beer from back home (which to my knowledge can't be purchased outside of Wisconsin; have no idea how he got it) as a housewarming present. To cap it off, David has stayed in contact with us through an unexpected PCS less than a year after buying and has been my "boots on the ground" when I ran into problems with my tenant and the property manager. I cannot recommend him highly enough."
