  I am honored to hold the MRP Military Relocation Professional Certification. I've had the pleasure of facilitating many military Enlisted personnel, Officers, & Pentagon Officials in relocating across country & Internationally. Having been a military wife I understand the needs of military persons & families. I offer many resources to assist with duty station moves.

I am a dedicated Professional REALTOR in the Tampa Bay area. I have been in business over 20 years & have earned the equivalent of a Master's Program in real estate specific designations from the National Association of Realtors. I offer expertise & education to provide superior service thru many specialized designations & certifications. Attainment of these professional designations reveal my commitment to provide an exceptional level of expertise in the  Practice of Real Estate.

 ABR Approved Buyer Representative, SRS Sellers Representative, RENE Real Estate Negotiations Expert, PSA Pricing Strategy Advisor, MRP Military Relocation Professional, & GRI Graduate Realtor Institute, this designation requires several 100 hours of class time & multiple written examinations. GRI is one of the most prestigious designations in the Realtor community.  CIPS Certified International Property Specialist. Only 2,500 agents have this designation worldwide. TRC TransNational Referral Certification. I have accumulated over 58 hours of continuing education this year, (legal requirement for Realtors is 14 hours every two year period).

  I attend State & National Conferences & Conventions. I keep up to date on many aspects of real estate in our changing world community assisting International Buyers with Economic & Tax Concerns, Immigration Attorneys, Real Estate Investments, 1031 Tax Exchanges, Financing & Technology.
