Dawn is an Accredited Buyers Representative and a member of the Coldwell Banker Vanguard relocation team. She has helped many families move to and from Jacksonville; this includes military members using USAA, Navy Federal, or employees moving because of corporate transfer through Sirva ans Cartus.

Brian and Dawn Fossa have grown children, and an adorable toy poodle named Chico. Their daughter works for Facebook in Austin, their youngest son serves in the United States Air Force, and their oldest son works at a local country club.

Outside of business, Dawn's interests include traveling, history, yoga and she also loves dogs!
