Welcome to McConnell!!  I am a local licensed Real Estate Broker.  I have my ABR and MRP designations..... I specialize in Military Buyers!  As an Army Veteran, I had several moves, and fully understand the stress that goes with being transfered on orders and having to worry about the little stuff on both sides when you own real estate.  Let me take the stress off.  I help military transfers by being available when you are 1st and foremost, I have had 2am conversations with clients who were coming back from Europe and that is when they could talk.  

I do live video walkthroughs, and will video homes and send as a youtube link to help narrow down the search before you get here, so when you can get boots on the ground, we are not wasting that prescious time!

I also help by interviewing agents if you are trying to sell a home at your current duty station, to help make sure that goes as smooth as possible as well.  Also, with being a VA Home Loan Specialist for almost 10 years, I can help make sure that the loan package you are getting is the most competetive and will have the least amount of stress in the treansfer.
