About Gary Ogle
One of the proudest moments of my life is when I earned the title of US Marine. This life changing event has defined my life like I never thought possible. The lessons I learned in my time serving my country have stuck with me throughout my entire life. As a veteran I understand the unique challenges of purchasing a home while in the military. I am not scared to take on VA loan, in fact I embrace the process.
I understand the challenges of relocating every three or four year and I understand the importance of being able to resell your home once you have to move on to your next duty station. I know your time to search for the perfect home is limited and will maximize the time you have by scheduling showings for homes that are only in your budget that are priced properly. I have no problem helping throughout the process by attending inspections, doing video walk throughs, and making sure everything runs smoothly so your transition into a new city will be as seamless as possible.
I have a passion to serve those who have served. I look forward to assisting veterans like myself as well as active duty through the home buying process. Many realtors are scared of VA loans, but I have been through the process many times and understand the requirements.
