• ""In November of 2002, after a four year tour overseas my wife and I returned to the United States along with our dog max. I was assigned to NCIS headquarters at the Washington Navy Yard and as first time home buyers in an area we had never visited before we were clueless at best. Mike and Brenda Petras took the time to introduce us to the area and educate us on the ins and outs of purchasing a home including where and how to obtain competitive financing as a member of the military. Mike and his entire family worked long and hard to help us find the right home. They continued to be a huge help even after we moved into our home. And when we were transferred three years later, they made sure that we could leave knowing that our property was in good hands until a buyer was found. We are happy to call them our friends today and Heidi and I cannot thank the Petras' enough for their professional guidance and hospitality during our time in Waldorf.
