About Tom Duggan
My wife was born and raised her in Traverse City. We recently relocated her fro Seattle as empty nester. I'm a small Real-Estate Developer and I am currently building and selling 4 new Condominiums in Traverse City MI. I have had Coast Guard Families rent my house in the past and my family all have a strong Maritime backround so I wanted to make available my homes to Military/ Coast Guard families. I recently sold an other house and I had several Coast Guard families fighting over 1 house in part because the inventory of relativly afordable houses are limited here in TC.
