I am excited to be a part of Heroes Home Advantage.  I am a former teacher and childcare director. With a family history of service I know the sacrifices of those who serve our country and community.  My father is a retired police officer and my mother is a former nurse and now works part time as a nursing assistant.  I have several family members who are nurses, firefighters and veterans. I also have great friends who are teachers and active military. I understand that many go unnoticed or worse yet unappreciated.  Whether it be military, law enforcement, fire and rescue, or medical and educational professionals, these selfless individuals deserve our full support. Therefore I felt that this is just one way to honor our heroes.
