She knows not only is real estate a business transaction, but one with a heft emotional investment. She prides herself on striking the right balance and conveying all things a successful partnership would seek; on both the buyer and seller side.

Simi specializes in serving military clients for their rental and relocation needs. As an active duty military spouse herself, she has relocated several times with her Surface Warfare Navy husband and knows the challenges families face when making decisions related to a military moves.

Simi holds a Master's degree in Nonprofit Leadership and Management from the University of San Diego and a bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of California, San Diego. Simi currently resides in Portsmouth, RI with her husband and their two children. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, taking spin classes, and exploring all Aquidneck Island has to offer with her family.
