James Villanueva, a licensed real estate agent with Keller Williams Realty Southwest, is a REALTOR® and member of the National Association of Realtors & Texas Association of Realtors. He was prior Military, serving in the U.S. Navy from 2004-2012 with 3 deployments under his belt, including Iraq and Afghanistan earning him both Campaign Medals.

James strongly believes in furthering his education and informing his clients when it comes to the biggest purchase of many individuals lives. He attends Houston Community College, where he attained his AAS in Real Estate and continues pursuing his Bachelors in Business Entrepreneurship. James's aspiration is to make real estate his lifelong ambition.

James wants to continuing serving his community, when individuals are in the market for their next home purchase or home selling needs. He has taken a different approach in his business, that when it comes to Active Military, Veterans, Families of the Fallen, First Responders and teachers, that he will offer a special incentive. For everyone who buys or sells with James, he will donate a portion to either the Lone Survivor Foundation, Wounded Warrior Project or to a First Responders Foundation.
