Genevieve Concannon brings over fifteen years of real estate experience in residential construction and multi-million dollar sales to her clients. A highly sought after manager and top-producing agent in boutique firms across Northern Virginia, Genevieve has managed and cultivated complex real estate relationships within the DC Metro area. 

She consistently proves herself as a driving force behind the region’s top boutique brokerages and delivers leading-edge results in construction management, green building, planning and sales. Genevieve recognizes the passion and dedication it takes to build  community- and understands what homeownership truly means. Having managed her personal terminal change station to the DC Metro area, cross country from Ft. Hood, Genevieve understand the many facets that go into a PCS move and how many layers go into. She and her team have managed dozens of families cross country moves, both site unseen, virtually and in person whether it was a PCS or a long term TDY. The levels of trust that go into this process are unparalleled and she and her team take that to heart for every happy client. 

Showing a proven commitment to her clients, she is also active in giving back to the communities in which she's involved. Active in the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors’ (NVAR) Policy and Reform Committee, Legislative Review Task Force and 2015 Leadership Academy, and the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association, Genevieve knows her community. Genevieve is a 2016 Leadership Arlington classmate, serves as secretary for the Nauck Revitalization Organization, and is also a longtime fundraiser for the Arlington Food Assistance Center. Genevieve was recognized with the coveted Leadership Center for Excellence 40 under 40 award in 2019. She is also a strong advocate of environmental, sustainability and energy programming. She has consistetly led her Advon Group team to top sales through the Arlington Magazine, Washingtonian and Northern Virginia Magazine recognition for sales achievement.  Genevieve has acted as a member of the 2016 and 2017 NVAR Board of Directors, is a current Arlington Chamber Board Director, and continues to be a top industry professional. 

Genevieve holds a BA from the University of Texas at Austin, where she
graduated with Honors. She and her husband, Drew, a West Point Graduate and current privacy attorney for the Federal Government, reservist for the US Army, moved to Northern Virginia from Texas with their rambunctious dogs Rosco (an Aussie mix) and GusGus (a Sato straight from Puerto Rico). They live in Lake Barcroft, where they enjoy the lake, and getting out into the foothills of the Shenandoah for hikes and exploring new fun foodie options and hiking locations together.
