Claire Marble grew up in Fairfax, VA and purchased her first home here in 1990.  That’s when her passion for real estate began.   She is intimately  familiar with the various neighborhoods and understands all the benefits of living in the DC, Northern Virginia, Maryland area.  Multiple moves around the country as a Navy spouse solidified her commitment to real estate and her appreciation for the value of that investment.  Claire understands first hand, the challenges involved in finding the perfect home in an unfamiliar city with a few days of house hunting leave within your BAH.

Claire spent 30 years in the hospitality industry honing her skills of problem solving, finding creative solutions, and negotiating contract terms, while minimizing the stress for her clients.  She enjoys blending her first-class hospitality background with the world of real estate.  Claire’s enthusiasm for helping others, her attention to detail and knowledge of the local area provides her clients with confidence that they are making the right choice and getting the best service possible.

When Claire is not assisting her clients, she enjoys spending time with family, fostering rescue puppies, hiking and traveling.
