"Robb helped us sell our VB home in just 3 days. He was amazing, doing all the market research to basically lead us to a price point to list our house (we'd never sold a home before). Never pushy or telling us what to do, we were able to make our own decisions and bounce back ideas and thoughts with him. After a contract was in place he never backed off, showing up at both our inspection (to give us heads up on repairs the buyer would ask for) and appraisal (something not many realtors bother with after a contract is in place). I truly believe he is the reason we were able to appraise to our contract price because he was there pointing out all the upgrades we had done to our home that may have been overlooked. Robb is a straight forward realtor who was raised in the VB area his entire life and has chosen to still call it home with his wonderful family. His knowledge about neighborhoods is top notch. When we end up returning to the VB area, I know we'll be using Robb again."
