"Pete and Paula are very knowledgeable and professional and fun and friendly. From the start, they're very diligent in finding houses in the area you want, with your must-haves, within your budget, and they set showings right away. They keep you informed/updated every step of the way. They looked out for us and gave us advice when we needed, which as a first time home owner was important to us. We didn't feel pressured or rushed or lost. Paula is always nice and her skills and work ethic are outstanding! She seems to be there 24/7 working beyond overtime, answering all our questions, emails, calls, getting our paperwork, documents in order, negotiating ensuring we got the best deal. Pete explains everything so clearly, so you understand to the very last detail. He's always there with his jokes and great stories, as well with so many tips, advice, and making sure all the inspections went right. Thanks to them, we were able to get a house in a month or less!
