Abrams Realty is a personalized, full-service property management company serving Hampton Roads, leading the way in Property Management. We believe service comes before sales and hope to develop a great relationship with each of our property owners.

I am the mother of seven active and amazing children. Five boys, two girls and a zoo of fur babies and fin babies too! My military affiliation is not a simple answer. My eldest son is an active-duty a Marine and stationed in North Carolina. My second eldest son is a student at Virginia Military Institute. He is Air Force ROTC and hoping to commission. I am the Granddaughter of an Army POW Veteran, Navy veteran and Marine veteran. I am the daughter of a Army veteran. I am a prior coast guard and a prior Navy wife. I am also an American legion auxiliary member and former Miss Poppy.

We take care of our Military as it is what we know and personally understand PCS and military moves well as have personally experienced them.

We work with not only sales but also property management. I am a full-time agent and property manager. I have a sales team and property management team to ensure excellent customer service and care for our clients.

When working with property management,  we charge a flat fee for property management services, offering a discount to military members and veterans. We charge $135 monthly in most situations regardless of what the property rents for rather than a percentage of the monthly rent.
