Born and raised in New Jersey, Joe relocated to Virginia Beach after his service in the military. Being a Veteran, he strongly connects with the Hampton Roads military community. Joe is extremely passionate about helping fellow Veterans realize their dream of home ownership. His primary focus in any transaction is client education and customer service. Joe takes pride in treating his clients like family firmly believes in transparency throughout any real estate transaction.

Buying or selling real estate can be stressful and having an experienced and knowledgeable Realtor representing you can make all the difference in the world.  Closing about an average of 20 transactions a year coupled with a BBA in Finance, Joe carries a wealth of knowledge about the market into new client meetings and listing appointments. He is also a certified Military Relocation Professional and has a wealth of experience navigating and negotiating short sales with a high rate of third party approval.

In 2014 Joe was inducted into the Hampton Roads Realtor Association Circle of Excellence. In 2015 his production levels within Howard Hanna William E. Wood earned Joe a spot within the company's Champion's Club as well as national recognition for sales excellence, quality service, and being a regional top producer.

When he's not selling homes, Joe can usually be found spending time with his lovely wife Ashley and their amazing daughter Calliope. They participate in a variety of local functions and charities and Ashley is an English Teacher with Virginia Beach Public Schools. They love their community and try to give back as much as possible!
