About Randi Dolphin
I specialize in the Kingstowne and surrounding area, with special program incentives for military, first responders, medical personnel AND teachers! I have lived in the Alexandria, VA area since 2004. A native New Yorker, I relocated south after marrying my husband, a Special Agent in the US Army after meeting at the Little League World Series in 2003.
With a successful career of over 20 years helping companies fulfill their marketing and event promotional needs, I decided to shift my focus to helping people fulfill their dreams of finding the perfect home and selling an existing home utilizing innovating marketing techniques.
As a military spouse and wife of a soldier who served 22.5 years, I am very familiar with the issues faced during PCS moves and am eager to help military members and their families make the transition as easy as possible.
As a part-time Substitute Teacher in the Fairfax County Public School system, and the daughter of a teacher, I also have a personal motivation to help educators achieve their goals in the home buying and selling process.
When my sister was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma, she and I co-founded The KDH Hodgkin’s Disease Foundation, a charitable organization whose mission it is to educate, raise funding and create as much forward progress as possible to continue opening the doors to clinical trials in the future in the hope of saving lives of Hodgkin’s Disease patients.
My family and I have embedded themselves in the local Kingstowne and Springfield communities, volunteering at the local elementary school and Central Springfield Little League. I was a member of the PTA Board at my son’s elementary school for 7 years and am also a substitute teacher at Lane Elementary School in my spare time.
