Jim is a Retired U. S. Coast Guard Senior Chief with over 25 1/2 years of active duty service. Jim and his wife Lori transfered over 8 times! Jim is no stranger for the need to meet timelines for both selling an existing home and / or finding a new one. Jim's experiance working under pressure to meet deadlines and achieve results, allows his clients to lessen their stress as they navigate tghe processof selling and buying.
Jim's diverse career took the Dillon's along the Washington and Oregon coasts, across the Gulf Coast from Texas to Florida and tours in the Great Lakes just for good measure.
Jim and Lori returned home after retirment and setteled back on the North side, where the family has called home for nearly 40 years.
