• "Julia Phillip was my husband and my realtor for the house we just purchased. My husband is in the Navy, so we were not located in the area we were looking to buy a house in during the process. Julia did a phenomenal job providing listings in the area we were looking, as well as going to the houses I wanted her to, taking pictures and getting a feel for the area. She took the time to really learn what we were looking for and was very understanding when we changed our minds over and over.
