• "Recently hired Mrs. Montminy to sell a rental property in Port Orchard. She was also responsible for the property management which she failed to enforce the lease. Poor market analysis and not holding the tenants to the leasing agreement (I found out after the sale) cost us 10-25K. When attempting to communicate with her, she took zero accountability or attempted to assist me or my family when had questions. Ultimately, she stopped answering my calls/emails and completely ignored us. She does not have the "advertised" experience dealing with Military or Veterans and that was evident from the way she did not communicate (on my behalf) for the closing due to deployments/work responsibilities (almost costing me money in penalties in closing shifts). She pushed for a quick sale versus advising us to push for the best price. I would NOT recommend her to a Military family."
