We love Charter. Were lucky to have world class leadership and a ton of super dedicated teachers. Theres an amazing kitchen which is a huge help as a a parent. Academically, its challenging but not rigid. They try to make the school a safe, fun, welcoming place for all and we feel it.

Fantastic staff and teachers. Programs that no other schools offer like garden, music, dance, etc. 6 years at school and my kids education is excellent. Students come out well equipped for high school.

Great school!! Amazing staff that helps you feel welcome. I like the amount of parental volunteer opportunity to help parents stay involved in their child's education.

The Santa Ynez Valley Charter School is an excellent school. The school offers a great student teacher ratio in the classrooms ensuring that each student receives the attention needed to thrive. The faculty strives to obtain academic excellence while engaging the students' interest and also places great value on a sense of community and school spirit. Parent volunteerism is required and strongly encouraged, most families are actively involved in volunteering and in setting the tone for the school's goals. Both the director and the board are approachable and execute appropriately to achieve those goals.
