I would say the school is not amazing a few teachers are to blame . I will admit that yes we dont have the best students, but a packet is, not teaching. The school has an amazing FFF, and other CTE programs. Another issue is we dont have enough engaging electives, we should have things like criminal justice, business management, and other CTE electives. As well as we need better teachers in programs like FCCLA . i understand the limitations that the 178 adds to that, but we cant let that hurt education.

Kern Valley HIgh is a typical small town school with unacceptably low standards and no accountability.

Small town school was great to grow up in! People took care of eachother like family. I loved it.
