I feel the teachers are effective only if they have a good relationship with the student. I know my son likes the teachers but he won't admit it. I feel that if other students are disrespectful to the teachers, my son sees it and it starts to rub off on him. That's the part I don't like.

I think there should be more. My son needs to do more work. He is given packets but doesn't do them daily because he knows it isn't due until a future date. I would rather he gets daily homework.

The students at this school are not straight A students nor will many of them get into college because of unfortunate circumstances or bad decision making. This school is a stepping stone to learn from their mistakes and hopefully mature into a better person. I have seen some of the attitudes of the students and it's not always good.

Teachers are great and it's a small group of students so I feel my son gets more attention.
