As they have to follow CA state law, homework can't vary too much, but Ballard does a great job at not over/under-assigning homework.

The teachers at Ballard are remarkable. They connect with students expedentially and are not only just teachers, but also friends to most students. I have had a great experience with teachers at Ballard.

Mr. P (the principal) stands outside every morning to greet each and every student and shake their hands. He also assures that students go home wih the right adult every day after school. These are just two examples of Ballard's acceptional principal's work.

Some students of whom process information faster don't quite get challenged as much as they could, and there is no extra curriculum classes, but this is a very mild problem (The average curriculum is way above most CA schools, anyways). The teachers do a great job of challenging students to the best of their abilities, however.

There has never been a case of bullying in the many years I have been at Ballard (maybe ever). The staff does NOT tolerate foul language, bullying, or anything of that sort.

11/10! I love this school and would prefer it over any school is CA (possibly in the US).
