As I said this school treats people with learning disabilities horribly, this school does not understand that other people are more intelligent then others.

Speaking from a students point of view, this school is really bad, school buses are horrible, each day while walking down the hall its inevitable to see students getting into a fist fight, especially if you have a shy kid DO NOT send your kid here.
Also many teachers treat autism as if it's something that can go away.
If you even think about sending your kid here make sure they know how to throw a punch cause they will need it.

My son comes home and has nothing but good things to say about his teachers, his classes, the activities, the things he's learned. I've never seen him more anxious to learn.

Woodrow Wilson is making a change! Students, teachers, parents, and the community are working together to make sure the students are successful. TAG students are given great opportunities for enrichment, and struggling learners are given opportunity for intervention. This building focuses on building relationships with students in order to help them achieve success. The school teaches the whole child, and provides a wonderful atmosphere for learning.

Wilson is amazing! They have pep rallies every month, encouraging posters lining the hallways, and positive staff members always there to help!

I am so fortunate to say that I work at Wilson Middle School. The staff is working hard to make this one of the best middle schools in the state! We constantly have other districts coming to visit our classrooms and see what new techniques we are implementing. This is a progressive building that is helping students to reach their full potential.

The TAG (Talented and Gifted) group is the best I've seen in years! They're attempting to have a sports complex built in Council Bluffs!

There's a reason this school is rated as poor as it is and it is the teachers! I've never experienced teachers with an "I'm better than you" attitude. A teacher should always build up students to their fullest ability, not bully them. If we are still in the area my children will be attending St Alberts.
