Lewis Central set me up for the road to success both academically and personally. As a former Titan, the relationships that I was able to foster with both the students and administration I still hold dear years later. The curriculum challenges students to think outside the box while using the most advanced technologies out there.
The teachers, administration, and staff go above and beyond the call of duty to help their students in any way possible to meet and achieve their needs, as well as confidently continue their success in college. The teacher to student ratio is low and overall the school is big enough to compete against other large schools; however, small enough for everyone to know each other's name.
As biased as this may sound, I feel that this school is the best in the metro hands down.

I never felt adequately prepared for life after high school, either college or entering the real world in general. I had great relationships with a few teachers and my school counselor; there are some truly amazing educators that teach/have taught at this school. I rarely thought about what college or my career would look like after high school and I felt the school didn't much care whether I had a plan after graduation or not. My parents talked to me about college and a career but without the support from the school it just felt futile. I did graduate college and enter a career path I'm proud of, but it was despite going to school here and not because of it. I'm to the age now where I'm hoping my kid's school cares and motivates them to continue their education, gives them the tools necessary for a successful future, and helps prepare them for life after high school. I don't feel Lewis Central did that for me.

I absolutely loved this school and most of the people, most of the teachers are nice and outgoing, and the school isn't massive and its easy to navigate through. The hallways are a little crowded but you get used to it. The kids there are a little stuck-up but it just depends on who you're hanging out with. Most of the kids there are nice, funny, and friendly, but some of them aren't so nice and always think about their image.
