For most part if kids are willing to learn, they would MHS what can provide to develop that springboard to life.

The kids are involved in so many civic programs that it is impossible to list. They are polite, effective and with an attitude that many should get to know.

An excellent and dedicated administration. May I add very decent people as well?

There are many programs for special needs kids from classroom, resource to direct one on one assistance. These people love the kids at this school.

The teachers are helpful, sincere and available. They never are pushy or rude. The kids for most part are respectful and are pleasant to be with. It is a serious campus but fun as well. Enjoy a play or a musical in the fine arts pavillion or a basketball game in a warm and comfortable athletic center. You may also just look at the arts on display, or witness the jeopardy like contestants as our team competes statewide.

Not sure if teachers are being told to do things the way they do so the school continues to get the funding they need, but the grades kids get aren’t real. A+ are given a lot even for assignments the kid never turned in.

This school has done nothing to prepare my child for college. They have no study habits because they don’t need to study because they will get an A no matter what. Every assignment /test is only worth 1% of their grade. What a joke. A test should be worth way more. This shows if the kid is really learning and retaining information. All this school is worried about is keeping scores high even if they are fake

“Homework” is a joke at this school. There is no real deadline for assignments. They will say they are due on a certain day but in all reality can turn it in at anytime for 100% credit

I loved attending mhs. I always felt safe and had many friends. The teachers are mostly good. Some don't care, but the ones who do make up for it. Mr. Digioia (art teacher) was and still is the best teacher I've ever had.
