This high school is located on Fort Knox. It is a DoDEA school. This is my son's first year attending a post school and is a freshman. We do not have any other experiences with an on post schools but ours has been a positive one.The JROTC program is one of the best and offers extra circular program. My son is able to take Honors classes as a new student. I have had positive experiences with the teachers and am experiencing a nice community environment. They do offer the major sports and clubs that a traditional school offers with smaller groups. My son is much happier with this school then his last charter school. He says the students are much more respectful.
You must live on base to attend this school.

- What did you like? I enjoy that my son can have experiences with other military families that understand our life style. I have enjoyed the parents being nice and welcoming. Staff is very understanding of our military needs.
- What did you dislike? Small set back : seems they are limited to financial resources in some extra circular activities. For example they don't seem to have the best sporting venues compared to public schools.
