Sullied with mold and violence. If you see any alternatives for a school, take it. The locker rooms are a hazard and the students are no better.

TK Stone was a great middle school for both of my children. Middle school can be a hard transition for students and the teachers and staff made it very smooth for both of my children. If I was new to the area, TK Stone would be my number one middle school to send my children without hesitation!

The best middle school in Hardin County!!! The administration loves the kids and want them to be outstanding people, ready for high school.

Flooded with bullies, poor management, filthy moldy building (always stunk, scarcely cleaned.. the girls basketball/volleyball locker rooms should be considered a health hazard. DO NOT GO HERE GO TO EAST HARDIN INSTEAD!!

I have had three kids in this school and they all did very well. Two were SPED and the third was in Honors classes. They took each of my student's needs into consideration and worked with me to help my kids learn.

I have two SPED kids one was in the all-inclusive SPEC room and the other was mainstreamed with SPED supports. Both did well and met their IEP goals. My third child has ADHD - no IEP and they have accommodated the things that that student needed to be successful.

With every incident of bullying the school counselor was quick to listen and took decisive action. Bullying was not tolerated.

TK used to an okay school, but it has changed a lot since I have left and gone to the high school. My little sister goes here and is always telling me how bad it's gotten. The dress code has gotten unreasonable, girls can't carry purses because boys can't, no hole in pants even with something under it and just other unreasonable things. Teachers show a lot of favoritism towards the more "popular" students. After the old vice principal left its not the same. This school needs to show every child here respect and care more about the education and the bullying that's going on, not minor problems in dress code!
