I was an employee there for a couple of months. After I resigned and returned to my classroom to get my belongings, many of them were not there. VERY DISTURBING! Either an employee/s of that school took the items they wanted, administration discarded my items, or administration allowed others in the classroom without establishing proper protocol.
It's appalling that staff members would intentionally take things that don't belong to them, yet it's just as appalling that administrators do not have a code-of-conduct in place to (hopefully) prevent such mishandlings.
After making this known to administration, the lackadaisical response was "No one took any of your belongings to my knowledge." Despicable and I will pursue this! It's inexcusable!

I love this school. The school leader and staff are GREAT. The Edible Schoolyard is a great way to introduce relevant science and health lessons. The school is one of few great community schools in our city. LOVE GREEN!
