I absolutely love working at LKA Northshore! The faculty and staff are always supportive and constantly looking for ways to improve. Its clear that all faculty and staff care about employees growth and students growth. The work environment here is very positivetheres a real emphasis on teamwork and collaboration, and its great knowing that everyone is working together to help our students thrive. It feels like we're all on the same mission. Its not just about the job; its about making an impact. We strive to create a family as opposed to just work colleagues. We do celebrate our achievements too, which really boosts morale!

LKA is a wonderful place that helps students with dyslexia to unlock their hidden potential! I've worked at LKA for 9 years now and what I love most is seeing the growth academically and socially of our students. I love seeing and hearing how thankful and relieved our student's parents are, knowing that their child/children are finally getting the help they need to succeed.
That's priceless!

I've been with LKA Northshore for several years now, and it's been an incredible journey. As the aunt of a student here, Im truly impressed by the level of care and detail the school puts into everything. I recently sat in on an Engineering class, and I was blown away. The students were working on complex, real-world projects, and they handled them like pros. The teachers are not only knowledgeable but also engage the kids in such a meaningful way.

Im twice their age, and I learned things I didnt know! Its incredible to see how advanced these kids are, and the school really knows how to challenge them while supporting their growth. Its clear theyre not just preparing them academically but also teaching them to think critically and work as a team.

Im so grateful for the experience my nephew is having here.
