Bullying is an issue thats taken lightly here, staff say theyre looking into it. Yet my child has been being bullied for two months straight. Physically & verbally. The two times he defended himself he was disciplined as if he was the aggressor.

Fantastic school!!! The teachers are phenomenal and really care about their students! They have done an AMAZING job during Covid keeping students safe at school and providing challenging assignments during virtual times. I love this school and so do my kids!

Excellent school that caters to higher performing kids too by keeping them busy with extra assignments which prevents them from getting bored.

This school does not send home a lot of homework which is great for the school/ home life balance. My children do not have the anxiety over school that they had in their previous school due to the amount of homework that was required every night.

The teachers are very personable and openly communicate with the parents.

I decided to help the school PTA raise money for the school by buying cookie dough and instead of getting cookie dough I get 2 call (1)saying the the money was short $16. So I sent that in the (2) call said it was short $40. Went up to the school to find out how I can sent money in a glued envelope which I did on purpose and it's gone. They said envelope so seal when they go it even my kid teacher said it was seal when it got put in PTA drop box. So where is my money? Never again will I take part in any fundraisers. So now I got to go pay people back their money that they stole

The staff is always so friendly and the students are respectful and kind. The teachers have gone above and beyond to help my children succeed and enjoy school. The standards are high but the support system is there for parents and students. We moved to this area specifically for the schools and couldn't be happier!

I would say this school is very average. Not horrible, not fantastic. Lots of low income kids, but don't think that is affecting my child hugely. I think teachers try.

I have had two children that have attended this school. One son who is now graduated and one in kindergarten currently. I have had no problems at all. I was surprised how fast my kindergarten student learned to read and write. The teachers are great and all seem to care about the students education. The before and after programs are great for parents who work. Highly recommend this school.

My son is in first grade at Cleveland Elementary, and I could not be happier with his progress. He is being pushed by his teacher to improve reading and math, and his homework, AR levels, and test scores all show growth. It is a very calm environment, and I know that if anything does occur with peers, the teacher will address it immediately. I also love the new administration.

My child attended this school, and our experience wasn't very good. My child first teacher was prejudice and wasn't a very good teacher nor helpful to the students. My other child second grade teacher was also prejudice and was a poor teacher. She would give the kids alot of work and didn't reward any of the other students except the white ones. Spoke with the principal many times, she was nice but did not try to resolve the problem. I would not recommend this school.

I believe my daughter is receiving a fair education at Cleveland Elementary School, but far from the stellar education I expected from reading past reviews.WeI moved here last year and purchased a home solely for the purpose of our daughter being in the Cleveland School District. I was particularly disappointed that they offer no gifted education programs at all. They will test your child, offer results and then tell you that your child's education will continue status quo because they have no money. How can they be rated a 9 or 10 if they don't offer ANY gifted education programs? If you want your child to get an average education this school will meet your needs, if you want a great education for your child - think again.

I have had two children attend Cleveland Elementary School and up until now I have been extremely pleased. I find it very difficult to communicate with staff. I don't know if the new schools opening in the area have pulled Cleveland Elementary down or if they have just lost touch. Very disappointed parent.

We bought a home in this area three years ago when my daughter was only two, mainly because we heard so many great things about this school. She finally started kindergarten this year, and Cleveland Elementary has yet to disappoint! It is everything and more than I could ever want for my daughter's education. Her teacher and TA are incredible, extremely knowledgable, and it is evident that they love what they do. I go there at least once a week, whether it be for eating lunch with my daughter or volunteering, and the staff is always so kind, welcoming, and helpful. There are so many opportunities for parents to become involved. My daugher is learning more than I could have ever imagined. She adores her teacher and fellow students, and is always so excited to go to school. I could not be any happier with this school!
