NJHS understands that each student is a reflection of the school. My child is a good kid, but if she tends to act "out of character", the teachers know to give me a phone call so that "we" as parents can straighten it out...no matter if it is regarding grades or conduct. I appreciate that because it sends a message that the teachers care....even if my baby is one of the star athletes, she doesn't get a "pass" because of it.

Teachers and staff really care about each student! The staff is very friendly and always go "over and beyond" to ensure my child is taken care of. Other parents I have spoken to seem to agree!

The teachers (coaches and principals) at NJHS are very effective at communicating to both my husband and I. I believe they truly want what is best for my child.

Now that the principle is gone, maybe this school can get the leadership it needs. Now if we can just get rid of the superintendent (year 2009-2010)
