Amazing teachers. I have 7 yrs between two children here. Mr Secor was a great principal but Ms Perrell is just a puppet for the district and their screw ups. She's gone for half the year because of personal reasons but still ends up the author on uninvestigated incidents during her absence that she defends as if she was there with no actual investigation. Lee County School are garbage, liars and absolutely corrupt (yes I can prove it). Broadway Elementary was great for my children, until the district started retaliating against my family for protecting my child from harm at another school in the district. Both of my kids are homeschooled now because of how horrible this school district is.
Tammy Parrish, Emma Smith, Beth Haas, Anna Outlaw.........I'm sure I'm missing more but those teachers made a difference in my children's lives!! Adam Kindle is also an perfect SRO for this school!

Broadway is a unique community that contributes to the success of our school. Generations of family members attend Broadway and some have even come back to teach. It is a privilege to serve as the leader of such a great staff, students and loving community.

I can't stand the principal at this school! He doesn't care about his employees as much as people think. I also don't think my son gets theven education he needs from the school. They sit and do work most the time. They dont get up too much to stretch. They are just now learning how to "pronounce" the words. I don't recommend this school at all! I'm trying to get my son out of it!

The staff themselves said that their school did not spend their technology fund well compared to Boone Trail Elementary. I can defenitly see why. They have Dell laptops windows 6. Sigh.

My son started here in the middle of the 1st grade coming from Harnett County and he is now in the middle of the 2nd grade and he's doing 300% better! This place is like a miracle worker. He's been fortunate enough to have the same teacher last year and this year. Mrs. Perozo and Mrs. Lett are AMAZING! He also works with Mrs. Goodwin for extra reading help. As a single mom I struggled so hard with him with homework and school. In Harnett County he hated school and from the time I got home from work until bedtime, homework was a fight. Now, he sometimes argues but he does not want to let his teachers or me down; he does it! He loves school now! We love this school. I could never dream of living outside of this school zone. Thank you Broadway!!!
