Some teachers are awesome, but this system isn’t in their favor. Most of them are just herding sheep and collecting a check.

Like most public schools, the students are encouraged to learn on their own instead of the classroom

Some teacher care and others are there for a check. The students and teachers are diverse, but they usually clash. Instead of teaching the students to speak as adults they’d rather choose a side in childish arguments

They developed this in some students. Despite the fact that most of the students are from low income families, they only groom some to become productive

I finished in 1998 great school and staff,now I work at Saint Pauls High School and I love it.

Pathetic academic environment. I moved out of Robeson County to get my kids to a better situation academically and socially. SPHS is a small school with metro-school problems and anyone that doesn't acknowledge that is simply burying their head in the sand.
