Everyone there wants you to succeed and will go well out of their way to make sure you get the help you need. I loved the closer community offered by a smaller school. Most bad reviews here are from students who never really tried much and never reached out for assistance.

Oh where to begin..? I concur with the previous parental comments on here. I can add so much more myself. We are currently in the midst of upgrading our home to sell it and get out of here. The clock is ticking and we need to get our son in a high school that is at minimal-adequate. All I can help emphasize is, we are tired of fighting their educational system with no results, including requesting help from the school board. We have to provide more opportunities for our child and so take heed with the previous comments of other parents here as well as mine - dont even consider it. Its more of a headache than you can possibly imagine.

Honestly, I'm confused as to how anyone can say this is a decent school. It must obviously be some student council idiots or inbred, hillbilly parents glad to be away from their kids. Take the word of a student here: the more negative the reviews are, the more realistic they are. More truthfulnesss is that the students are uneducated thugs hostile to anyone who's not like them, the teachers try their best but have no control over the students, bullying is as common as homework, the only purpose of the special education classes is to give the local inmates a place to get their "lulz", more money is put into sports than anything else, and nobody is willing to do anything to fix these problems. If you have a child in the Dayton school system or are considering enrolling them into it, save yourself some time and money (and rope) and just move away. Far, far away.
