this school is terrible the lunch is bad the bathrooms are dirty and always closed thats not even the full part i got jumped at this school last year for pushing someone when i tried to get pass them in a crowd and i was the one that got suspended even before this i had issues with people bullying me and people talking about me for no reason when all i did was mind my business and do my work in all honesty dont let ur kids go to this school if you love them this school is terrible PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE!!!!!!

Not a very good school in the slightest most the kids there act like animals an aren't interested in what their learning because for some of the classes it's the same re used slop they tried teaching years prior, they have a bad bullying problem, a major disconnect with basic respect and common sense/decency
I've heard some teachers actually verbally abusing their students and I can't help but think that's how the staff might be treated especially with their wages but going forward just avoid this school all around judging from other people's experiences and my own.

Staff treats ladies very unfair. My daughter tells me everyday how the school closes all girls bathrooms and leave maybe 1 or 2 open every day, while all the boys bathrooms continuously stay open throughout all day. Not only is the female staff rushing girls out the bathroom before they even get to use it because the lines are long (since clearly there is only one restroom), but so are the male staff. They tell everyone to get out before even being able to do what they need to do. This school is worried about the completely wrong things and stay quiet about the actual problems they face every day.

This school thinks that There better than everyone they have fights everyday and do not go to this school at all and they think that every school is terrible but the only school is terrible is Vegas high school Eldorado high school is better.

My son and daughter both go to this school and they absolutely love it , and my niece ,who is a freshman is going here as well because she heard how great this school is

Las Vegas High School is wonderful! The principal, Debbie Brockett supports all programs. You will often see her sitting on the bleachers with parents cheering the football team on...she also attends fine art functions like the choir concerts. Janet Tyler is the best choir teacher in Vegas as far as we are concerned. She taught three of our children and was their favorite teacher! She has a great impact on her students!

I am a student here and the academic quality of this school sucks. I do like some of the teachers who teach well but the majority of the teachers don't care about the students. The teachers here are like "Oh that kid is sleeping? It's their problem now. or That kid just insulted me...better let him stay here and continue disrupting the class. I am a freshman, but now going to be a sophmore and I can't stress out enough about how your grade will get you bullied. Most of the seniors look down on the lower classman, but I have friends at ECTA who say everyone is treated as if they were the same age. This a sports-oriented school, they use more money for equipment rather than hiring better teachers. The student council is also rigged, since the principal's daughter always gets the title of President, no matter how many people vote for someone different. Like in one of the reviews here, they are biased to the whites. I am probably the only one who cares about my education in most of my classes. I have straight A's all throughout freshman year. The classes are easy, and we don't have to take semester exams if we have good grades. I wish we did because I need to study for something!
