While research on homework effectiveness in elementary school isnt linked to better academic performance, I think they need to do a better job at developing an after-school reading tracking system because that can improve academic performance. I also think at 4th grade and up, students need to learn good work ethics through homework completion.

High-quality programs for students with disabilities should provide differentiated services and supports in inclusive environments with a clear focus on successful student outcomes. RA can improve in these areas. RA needs to increased collaboration with RCSD district to improve outcomes for their efforts special education students. RA needs to develop an Embedded related service model that is cost effective and improves student outcomes.

Students smile. Teachers get together. Students write and perform a musical plays. Teacher have a special lunch with students. Young students leads the Pledge of Allegiance over the school intercom. Students greet each other, visitors, and staff members. Students stop at the principal's office to share with her.
