They send items home with my Kindergartener nightly that are encouraged to have completed, mostly reading. The readings are very age appropriate and help to instill a sense of responsibility for the kids.

Teachers are in constant communication with me regarding my daughters development and needs. Very easy to work with and effective with the children.

They have a saying for the students regarding responsibility, integrity, and respect. Inconsistently hear my daughter say it when she sees her younger brother not displaying these qualities.

Very few instances have arisen to need to incorporate leadership but the events organized by the team have been fun, informative, and well organized.

My child has come home numerous time speaking of issues with children and has spoken of the teacher strongly correcting this behavior.

I would rate Nevin very high. They have a genuine love for their students and their success. They support structure and responsibilities with the children.

This is such a wonderful place for young children to learn, grow and have fun! My two boys attended K-3 here and I must say I couldn't be any happier. I was pleasantly surprised that parents were welcomed reguraly, I soaked up every bit of it! The principal, counslor & admin staff are all on top of things, very organized and helpful. The principal is very involved w/ the kids, he knows each and every child by name & is a part of their experience at Nevin. The teachers are amazing! - we are SO blessed to have this high standard of educators in Tipp, they are so caring & truly enjoy their jobs. I never worried about which teacher my child would get, they're all A++! I'm very proud to say my children went to Nevin Coppock... excellent school!!
