If you are planning g to apply at Capps Middle School, then run like the wind. Not physically safe, not good for your mental health, just not worth it. You will have health problems and left feeling demoralized everyday your there. Remember that game hungry hippo. As soon as 1 cell phone gets removed another one pops up. Your playing cat and mouse games all day. Administration has no concrete plan to remove them. Grades dont matter, easy access to video games and you tube on iPads. I could go on and on.

I've been involved with Capps Middle School for six years now. It's a WONDERFUL school with AMAZING teachers who really do care about our kids! Just last year the school moved into its beautiful new building, and everyone is so proud to be a part of it all. They set aside time for the day's work to be completed in school as too often kids won't get it done. Truly, if anyone has problems, discuss it with the teachers and/or the administration. They are very willing and fair -- and only want the best for our kids! YAY, CAPPS!

There is no strong leadership roles, no structure. Adults here have no control over the student body. Chaotic.

Kids do what they want here, rules are not enforced and the kids know there is no consequences for bad behavior. Nothing that gets tg eir attention to act right at least.

Very dissatisfied with the structure & lack of discipline in this school. I pulled my son out of this school & am now homeschooling through Epic Charter program.

Very rarely have homework, my son was hardly ever sent home with homework.

No discipline or structure, without this it's a foundation ready to crumble.

My grandson went there last year and was continually bullied for 1 semester. Administration has NO integrity.

I do not act on what I hear. If you hear something bad about this school please contact me, I am the PTA president for this school and I do not have children there yet. I heard bad things and wanted to check it out. I will take you through the school and show you what is happening. I will show you what this school is. My children will do great. The principal and staff are awesome. Please do not act on gossip, come and see for yourself.

My daughter is in a Putnam city elementary school right now and I have heard nothing but bad things about this school from parents that let their children try the school and from the staff at my daughters school. I have heard the principal does nothing about bullying because they dont want to lose grant money. I WILL NOT even take a chance on this school as my daughters educational experience if far too important to leave up to chance. I along with others would rather use a OKC Public School, now what does that tell you?? Run while you can.

I love this school. The teachers are great. The atmosphere encourages loyalty and builds charecter. I do think the kids however need some guidance on what life is really all about. Not expensive clothes and looks and popularity. I see a lot of their online activity and it lacks commonsense. But you can't blame the school for that. Charecter starts at home with parents.
