Staff is unresponsive to emails.
They do little to resolve conflicts, and, as mentioned earlier, they often take the side of the aggressor.
My child was threaten and assaulted on two separate occasions and I was never notified.
Safety concerns seems to be the biggest issue here, and apathetic teachers that dont engage their students or support them would be the second.

Wow! My student was physically hurt by Student and administration gave him a day of ISS. In retaliation a friend of the Bully physically assaulted my son the following day punches and all and the principal was hesitant to call police. I had to take it into my own hands to call police. Police didnt do anything because my son was not bleeding ect and student is allowed to continue being in same classrooms ect! Minimal was done here! Lack of leadership and Superintendent was never available!!!!!!!!! Called the office several times with no luck! Politics even at school!

My student was bullied consistently and then finally his life was threatened in front of the bus driver. The offending student was not expelled and returned to classes only a week after the incident. The principal has his hands tied and can do little to help. I am unimpressed with the management of the social end in this school. My child will be attending cyber school for the upcoming school year.

I am a student at CDMS currently. I love this school and all of my teachers (6-8) were very nice and made sure you understud everything. Our sports teams are also amazing and the coaches are very caring. Overall i think this is a great school and definatly consider sending your child here.
