It has come to my attention that this teacher Quanei Fields has been harassing young women online. Specifically, she has engaged in unacceptable conduct by commenting under a young womans photos, posting her images on Instagram, and targeting her in a way that is both unprofessional and deeply troubling.
This behavior is completely unacceptable for any educator, let alone someone who has been recognized as "Teacher of the Year." Teachers are expected to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and serve as role models for students. Harassment of any kind, especially toward young women, is inexcusable and must be addressed immediately.
I urge you to investigate this matter as soon as possible and take appropriate action to ensure the safety and well-being of students and the community. Please provide an update on the steps being taken to address this situation.
Thank you for your time and attention to this serious matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

Fair Oaks is a wonderful school. It's amazing that the administration knows each student by name. My son has Autism and they have wonderful engaging autism classes. I love this school my child is progressing so well with each grade level

Originally I had "assumed" this was not the school for our son based on what others in the area thought but had no solid ground to base their decision on. We sent our son to a private school for two years and simply were not impressed by what he was getting there. We decided to go and see for ourselves what Fair Oaks had to offer and that was THE best decision we ever made regarding his education. The staff is stellar! Simply amazing! It is a smaller school which we loved but not too small like we encountered at the private school with a class size of 6. If you live in the area and have doubts...go check it out! Our son started in the fall of 2013 and it has been smooth sailing since then. We have not encountered any issues at all. The only negative I see is lack of parent involvement but, we are involved and hope to encourage others to do the same through the PTA and other school functions.
