My 4th grade child is so excited to go to school. He loves the montessori and is learning and exploring now. I love being included in everything going on in school and having an open close relationship with the school. Couldnt be happier.

We love this school. My oldest son attends 1st grade. This is a progressive school that meets all of my son's needs. Lots of freedom of choice and studying biology on nature walks at the river. The have yoga as well as p.e. art and music. Tops in math and science! Best school in Laramie, just wish it went through middle school.

As a parent there are certain criteria for a school that need to be met for me to be happy with my children there. Laramie Montessori has met or exceeded most of those criteria in the time that my children have attended. My most important criteria are teachers, philosophy, and method. Laramie Montessori meets or exceeds them all. Also important are the low class sizes and the confidence building by allowing students to make choices. My three children are all boys. They love to move and have trouble sitting still for long periods of time. My oldest did not thrive in the public school. He was so stressed at being yelled at to sit down and be still that he couldn't concentrate in school. Laramie Montessori opened just as we were considering homeschooling as the only viable alternative for him. We enrolled him in Laramie Montessori for his 2nd grade year and the change was incredible. He came home happy wanting to learn and sharing what he had learned throughout the day. But most importantly to me his confidence in himself returned and with it the happy child I knew and loved.
