Big Oak Park 1

We've seen this park from the highway so many times and always said we were going to go. We finally did and we love it! The main feature is a 3-story tall play structure that is built to resemble a rocket ship. It's pretty awesome. The 2 3-story tall slides were a little rough for me, haha, but the kids seemed to love them. There is a smaller play structure for smaller kiddos, a rock wall, and a workout area for things like pull-ups and sit ups. There's a covered pavilion that would be great for a picnic, lots of open space, walking trails, bathrooms, and the Aerospace Education Foundation is on the grounds as well. It had rained a few days prior to us going so parts of the ground was pretty squishy, so wear sneakers if you go after rain.
