Stroller Strong Moms is a national group for moms (and dads) to meet and get a great workout. There are two local locations: Forsyth Park in Savannah and JF Gregory Park in Richmond Hill. It's a great way to meet other parents and get in shape. In addition to the daily workouts there are playgroups, road races, and mom nights out. Lots of moms participate even when their kids are in school!
