This Dairy Queen is an original. The owner, John, has had it for over 25 years. It has a small town, personal feel. He is so friendly and loves to talk to just about anyone. The shakes, ice cream, and cakes are all yummy. One thing to note when visiting here, it is only ice cream. They do not serve food at this location. It is located in a slightly run-down strip mall type area, but it is worth the short drive from the base for good treats and a great owner, who, by the way, has a great appreciation for our Military.
