Granby Street 1

Granby Street is the most well known area of Downtown Norfolk. You walk down the street and there are restaurants, delis, bars, night clubs, and shopping. The best mall in Norfolk, MacArthur Mall, is just one block off Granby Street. During the day, Granby Street is a great place to walk around and eat, during the night it's a much younger crowd bar hopping. I feel very safe on Granby Street at night. Most people go out on Granby Street during the winter and go out by Virginia Beach Town Center/Oceanfront in the summer.
