I went into 5 Star Nutrition by Little Creek Base looking for some generic protein shakes. James immediately started helping and had so much great information. He showed me some of the products they sell and gave me a lot of samples so I could try them. He really listed to what I was trying to achieve and suggested products that were fitting. They also have a fancy scale that measures your weight and body fat percentage along with bone mass and other things. You can go in anytime to weigh and it tracks you weight. I returned and bought some protein powder and have love it. They were so much more knowledgeable and helpful than going to GNC.
