There are two great festivals in El Paso that showcase Greek and Mediterranean cuisine. St. George “Feast in the Middle East” and St. Nicholas Greek Festival are held in the Summer. The first time I stepped into Destiny USA, I couldn’t believe I was in a mall; this place was so large, it felt like it’s own city! Destiny USA is more than just a mall though, it’s a 2.4 million square foot complex filled with restaurants, shops, and entertainment! The closest mall to Fort Drum is Salmon Run Mall located in Watertown, but to be honest with you, the options there are very slim. Summer is the perfect time to get the kids out of the house and to have some fun. There are plenty of Summer camps in the Biloxi and Gulfport areas, however, the average camp runs up to $200 per week. I've compiled a list of affordable and great things to do on the Gulf Coast. Reading is Fun Harrison County Libraries have free summer reading programs, and most run weekly. The programs are an hour long, and within that hour, children will see a special guest, listen to stories, and make crafts, all while being encouraged to read.
